Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for setting the tones and energy of the club, as well as, fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The primary responsibility is to facilitate with serving new and existing members. This include generating new leads, making new membership sales, renewing memberships of present members, assisting with advertisements, promotions, and referral campaigns within the club.
As needed. A work schedule will be given at the beginning of each month.
$7.00 - $9.00 per hour
The Hockey Coordinator shall have complete oversight of the program ensuring it adheres to all of King’s Sports Centre operating and facility procedures. This includes but not limited to administrative functions, team preparation support, and logistical operations, fiscal and budgetary management, facilities, resource management, and athlete/program development.
During games and practices. 15 hours of office hours per week.
Retain 60% of income earned, no salary.
